Quick breakfast berry smoothie


Ingredients:

  1. 1 cup mixed frozen berries (strawberries, raspberries, cherries and blackberries)

  2. Half a cup fresh milk

  3. 2 Tablespoons natural yoghurt (Greek yoghurt is best)

To do?

  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until thick and smooth. If it is too thick, you may add a little more milk.

  2. Pour into a wide rimmed glass for a great start to your child’s day!

Ideas:

Pour into a bowl and sprinkle with muesli/ chopped nuts or wheat germ.

Freeze for instant sorbet!
